Starla
is the pizzazz of the shop. She always has a chuckle and a down to earth transparency with all her clients. She specializes
in perms, cuts, styles and waxing.

Natasha is our night owl. She is a true barber at heart, loving clipper cuts. Natasha
is local to the area, loves horses, church, and good ol' fashion fun! She is still enjoying the experience of being a new
mom.

Palmala is our newest stylist. We
are excited to have her as part of our team! She specializes in Relaxers, Box Braids, and Styling. She has a cheerful
spirit and has filled a void at West Side.

Crystal
is one of the original Barbers of the West Side salon. She thought for a while she was going to move on, but we have been
fortunate enough to keep her! Between raising and homeschooling her kids, she can be a little hard to catch, so be sure to
call in for her schedule. Crystal is very talented and has a great following of loyal customers. She shines in her love
for Jesus, laughter, and her family.

Jeff is a Master Barber and the current owner of the shop. He loves to talk
and do anything that is traditional to ol' time barbering. He even does straight edge shaves! If you would like to know

Pam is certainly one of our well loved stylists. She has a well rounded clientel from
all age groups. She enjoys time with her kids and spiritual activities with her family. Pam's experience in cosmetology
was birthed right here at West Side several years ago.

Brenda is one of our newer stylists. She got tired of a career in management,
and decided to return to hair styling after first getting her license in 91. With over a decade in hair, she has an
eye for color and perms. Brenda is a work-aholic, very dependable, and a great asset to our team.

Millie
is our morning dove. If you come early, you are likely to meet Millie. She loves to do perms and styles, but really loves
to work in the garden! So don't be suprised if you notice that she has a green thumb!

Gloria
is one our most cheerful and compassionate stylists. As a former salon owner, she has years of experience in doing all types
of styles, razor cuts, perms, dyes, and the like. When she is not at the shop, she can often be found giving inspirational
speeches to small groups in the Weight Watchers meetings. She loves life, animals, and running around with her kids.

Kathy
is our newest barber, but familiar to the town. She has many years of experience not only as a barber in a few of the shops
around Rockingham County but also as a shop owner in Mount Jackson. Kathy gives great flat-tops, short cuts, and appeases
the traditional cuts that men are use to.

Nicole
is one of our full time stylists and has over a decade of experience. She is cross trained, doing both barber cuts and
styling. She loves to laugh and have fun, but watch out if she gets dragged here too early in the morning--she might be silently
grumpy!
